No Comments in iWeb?

I only just now realized there isn't a comments feature in iWeb... maybe it's an option and I'm missing something. If not, then this is considerably less exciting than I thought.

comments are only available if you publish to .mac. i have read several articles and posts saying that an app called "icomment" avail @ http://web.mac.com/cbrantly/iWeb/Software/iComment.html will enable comments on non .mac publishing, however i've been trying it all morning with no success.
